Good neighborhood

I recently completed a 6 month assignment in the Richmond area. This landlord was great! She is talkative when you want, or if you keep to yourself lets you have your privacy. I would highly recommend this property!

Excellent Host

I had the opportunity to stay with M in her lovely home in Richmond. The neighborhood is safe and convenient to locations in Berkeley, Emeryville, and Oakland. The room is spacious and equipped with the essentials. A bed,, dresser, desk, tv, and closet. The bathroom is shared, and right across the hall. M has 3 small dogs that are territorial at first but were sleeping with me by the time I left. There is street parking in front of the home and is always available. The home has a lovely back yard as well. M is a very warm and accepting host. I miss her already.
