Cozy Room in the Heart of Harlem

Amazing

I’ve been living in this house for the past 7 months, and my experience has been nothing amazing. The place itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and truly feels like a home. What really makes the difference, though, is the landlady, Irie. She is absolutely lovely—kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. She genuinely cares about the people living in her house, which creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I feel very lucky to have stayed here, and I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and friendly place to live.

Great landlord & great place!

I have really loved my stay here. Irie is great, she communicates well, is very understanding, and goes out of her way to make her guests comfortable and have a great stay. She is super great and honest. The place is amazing, everything is just like the photos. It’s conveniently close to the trains and grocery stores. It’s more than spacious for two people and Irie provides everything you need! It is super homie and decorated nicely. Perfect place not too far from downtown manhattan.

Home away from home

Irie's place is definitely a cozy second home when away from your own. The apartment is well cared for, private, and comfortable. As some one who works nights, a restful sleep was never an issue. Considering the location, you lack nothing. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and Cared For

Excellent space- the apartment is tidy, well-decorated, and cared for. Whether you are the only guest or both bedrooms are oocupied, the layout lends complete privacy. Irie is extremly attentive and will not delay in resolving any issue. This is not a quick-turnaround, high-volume rent-generating property, but a lovely home. You can tell Irie is selective with the guests.

An amazing stay with wonderful host

Staying with Irie was truly the best experience. She went above and beyond to help me with everything, from recommendations to making sure I felt at home. The place is spotless, well-maintained, and conveniently located near essentials like Target and Trader Joes. Its in a prime area yet incredibly peaceful. Choosing to stay here was one of my best decisions, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. So grateful for this experience!

Highly Recommend!

I was here for over one month rotating at Harlem Hospital. I absolutely loved my stay here for several reasons. Firstly, Irie was such a wonderful host, accommodating, and understanding through the whole process. She was attentive yet gave me privacy throughout my stay here. Everything I needed she did her best to provide. Secondly, this apartment was just a short walk to Harlem Hospital (approximately 8 mins, 4 blocks away) and to the nearest subway. Not to mention, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and Target just a short walk away. It was the perfect location for what I needed that month. Thirdly, I felt safe here and never had to be concerned for my safety at any point. The neighbors are nice and kept the outside walkway clean. I couldn't recommend this place enough for the ideal location and kind landlady and her family!
