I highly recommend that if anyone chooses to rent this property that you proceed with caution. First, please know that you do sign a lease but it will not abide by anything that is stated in the lease, if you need to deviate from it under any circumstances, regardless of what the reason may be. Owner will require you to pay via Furnished Finder's website where extra fees will be attached to either payment method where he will tell you that is the fee charged by Furnished Finder, but the platform is completely free and all funds are directly sent to him. Also, there will be no extra supply of tissue, paper towels, or garbage bags despite the amount you are paying monthly. I highly DO NOT recommend for any medical traveler to not rent this place because we all know our contract terms are subjective to change at any given point. This owner will not honor any changes nor offer a refund if you pay up to a certain date and need to leave. Please do more research before choosing.
