10/10 Rental

I stayed here with my dog for 6 months and was truly sad to leave. The place is very clean, cozy, and honestly the best place I've rented in the 4 years I've been traveling. I wish this was available for my first 6 months in Iowa City. It's cozy, clean, water pressure is great, bed is actually truly comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, garage /off street parking and within walking distance to the downtown campus. All appliances are new and working. Clean furniture and rugs. Just overall clean rental. TV in bedroom and living area Landlords live up front in main house and are so kind and welcoming. There's a little yard for my dog. Neighbors are all quiet and nice. Walking distance to city park and cemetery which has good walking trails (in a non creepy way) I was suppose to stay another year but plans changed and I was very sad to leave this rental. I usually don't leave reviews but pictures don't do this place justice.
