This property is in a great location. The home is well apportioned for all needs. The beds are very comfortable. Read the contract and understand you will be responsible for yard/lawn care. You may not use the home address for mail forwarding. Berthoud post office was great. If you require a 3rd bedroom, make that clear to the owner. It was locked on our arrival which indicated to us it held personal property. The circuit breaker panel is in the locked basement and requires contacting a neighbor if any circuit trips.

I appreciate your positive comments about the "great location", the home being "well apportioned for all needs" and that the "beds are very comfortable." * Yes, your contract stated the tenants are to be "responsible for yard/lawn care." With experience, I understand lawn care can be a burden to the renters so I have resolved this issue and now include weekly lawn care to keep it looking its best for the enjoyment of the renters and maintaining its aesthetic value. * I acknowledge the importance and desire of having mail forwarded to you. In the past tenants were able to do so. However, it proved to create complications for temporary, and short term renters to use my primary address. So this practice had to change. And yes, the Berthoud post office IS "great." * The 3rd bedroom and ensuite was immediately available for your use had you let me know you required it. Was not a problem whatsoever to open it for you. Had issues in the past with only one tenant renting, which led to the locked room. Would have happily accommodated your request. So sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Yes, the circuit breaker panel is located in the basement where I have my personal belongings. The circuit breaker trips have been resolved and so has immediate access.
