Lovely house

The owner and the agent were very friendly and helpful when I call them last minute to let me see the home To be honest this place is a gem in town Lovely area with lots of Space and well decorated , clean and the owners is super fast in responding any questions and very accommodating So don't let one review change your mind Lovely place I am a health care worker for basset medical And is under 6 miles from the hospital

Do Not Rent!

This property deserves no stars! This property is uninhabitable due to severe mold issues. There was a strong musty odor throughout the unit, which caused immediate health issues.The property manager and landlord are aware of it and pretend not to be! They have a dehumidifier in the house. If you are not aware of the stench and mold, why did you place a dehumidifier in the house?? Obviously you are aware of the moisture in the house! Fly trapper in the sunroom, filled with flies (in the winter) and on the floor and in the kitchen. Wish I could post pictures!

We would like to clarify that we cannot confirm or admit to an issue that has not been identified. We have had consistent occupancy at the property, along with regular visits from maintenance personnel and third-party service providers, and no concerns regarding mold have been reported. While this is an older farmhouse and does have a crawlspace also known as a "wet basement", we have sump pumps and a dehumidifier installed in the basement specifically to manage moisture more effectively. The upstairs dehumidifier is located in the bathroom due to humidity from showers, as a preventative measure to protect the space. Regarding the flies, cluster flies can be a known seasonal issue in older farmhouse-style properties. We have proactively arranged ongoing pest control treatments using safe, pet-friendly materials to address and minimize this. Were sorry your experience during your one-night stay did not meet expectations. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention, as it helps us identify areas for improvement, and were glad we were able to assist you promptly with a smooth move-out process. We remain committed to maintaining the property and providing a positive experience for future guests.

Little Blue Farmhouse in Cooperstown

I stayed at this property for 3 months through winter and spring of 2024 and found it to be quite peaceful! The house is very clean, spacious and perfect for a small family or a vacation getaway! I stayed there in the winter and the owner was very accommodating to make sure that the house was heated right for my comfort. I would definitely stay there again!
