Great Casita!

We rented this two bedroom, two bath Casita for one month and were very happy with it! It is built solidly and we rarely heard any noise at all from the other three units. The 6-ft wall around the cute backyard, security cameras, and off street parking make the unit feel very safe. It is bordered by a church parking lot and professional offices which are both very quiet. The location is perfect for access to groceries, coffee shops, restaurants, and many other things needed for an extended stay. The unit is thoughtfully stocked with everything you'll need from day one. The furnishings were all in good shape and comfortable. And Evy and Jann were great to work with. Very responsive and kind. We highly recommend renting this casita!

Cozy Home Away From Home

Landlord(s): Working with Jann and Evy was a breeze. They were both very accommodating and had swift response times. The application and moving in process was simple and stress free. Property: This casita was quite homey. It was just the right fit for my family of 3. The furnishings were complete for our needs and nicely maintained. The 2 bed 2 bath configuration of the property was very nice and convenient. The kitchen felt a little dated but was generously stocked. The dish washer and in unit washer and dryer were also a huge plus. This unit had a nice quiet backyard with a seating area, which I thought was a nice bonus. We had no issue with noise during our stay. I felt at ease parking on the property's private parking lot. Location: This property was central to all our traveling destinations such as work, grocery store, dining, parks, fuel, church. Some places were even just walking distance. Overall: I would definitely recommend this property to my family, friends, co-workers, and anyone looking for a fully furnished place to stay, be it for a travel assignment or mid to long term rental.
