Quiet Cottage w/pool, 10 minute walk from Beach

Relaxing and fun time in Tarpon Springs

This was my 2nd time staying at the Marshall's cottage. The size is perfect for two people. You really feel at home!! The linens, appliances, household items are all very nice quality with instructions clearly listed. The neighborhood is excellent and I think the perfect spot for exploring nearby or even an hour away. Julia and Clark are excellent hosts and provide a cool history of the property along with local highlights. Hope to return in the next couple of years.

Julia and Clark are the ideal hosts! Theyre only a call or text away if you need anything at all. The apartment is in a quiet, safe neighborhood steps from the beach. Restaurants, stores and activities are close by. The apartment is light, bright and inviting and has everything you could need not only for your stay, but for a day at the beach as well. From beach chairs, towels and an umbrella, to books, board games and info about the town - and the perfect hosts to ask any questions or for suggestions of places to go and things to see. Even the neighbors are friendly - waving and telling us to enjoy our stay. We hate to leave this bit of paradise and would definitely return!

A Great Experience!

We had a wonder stay at Julia and Clark's cottage. The location in Tarpon and how close it was to Sunset Beach was perfect. The cottage was just the right size, it was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet with nice homes, and I felt very safe. This was our first time renting a long-term rental and Julia was very helpful and answered any questions and concerns we had immediately. We've already made reservations to stay again and highly recommend it!
