Great Rental

This was a great place to rent! It is nicely stocked with bedding, linen, towels, cleaning supplies, etc. You can move right in. The neighborhood is safe and very close to Division Street and Hawthorne Street districts which have great restaurants, shopping and cafes. Near Mount Tabor which is a great place to hike and take your dog. My dog was very comfortable here and had a buddy in the unit over. Nathan is very responsive landlord and was easy to contact. I would rent here again if I come back.

Nathan is a great owner who clearly cares very much about providing a great living experience for his short-term and long-term tenants alike. He is responsive, helpful, and friendly. The long-term tenants are quiet and kind. The unit is well-stocked with everything you need to cook, clean, and live; it also has a large, shared yard and is close to the main Hawthorne and Division strips. I highly recommend this place!
