The house sits on a residential street on a large lot with a beautiful garden in the warmer months. Inside its cozy and clean and minimal. Its mostly renovated with a few missing baseboards and a new kitchen (I still havent tiled it!). Theres a new heating/cooling system. The two bedrooms are at the end of the hall together with the guest room on the front side of the house.
Space
The room is simple and clean. It has a double bed, a dresser and closet with hangers, a chair, and bedside table. The room is next to the other bedroom occupied by my dear friend Seth, a Montessori teacher who works Monday-Friday 8-4. Highly recommend- awesome house!
This house has been an excellent place to stay for the past few months. Jamalieh is very responsive and the process of moving in was seamless. There's a large backyard, washer/dryer, and fully stocked kitchen. The bed is memory foam and there's an AC/Heating unit in the bedroom which has made my stay very comfortable. The house is located on a quiet street within walking distance to the bus line and easy to transfer to the Blue Max line which will take you downtown. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well maintained house to rent!
