My favorite parts of this property include: 1) its charming neighborhood- you're so close to the action of Chicago but are able to find peace and quiet on this neighborhood street. 2) access to public transportation- getting around the city is so easy! whether to work or play. 3) the space itself is so comfy... very easy to call home, whether cozied up in the winter, or hanging in the luscious backyard in the summertime.
