Beautiful Riverstone Private Room OR Entire Home- Perfect Travel Healthcare/Transition Housing

Amazing rental for visiting medical students / travel healthcare workers!

I stayed in this property for 4 months whilst I was rotating as a medical student at one of the local hospitals. It was truly a wonderful experience and the owners were so kind to make sure I was comfortable throughout. The owners were also super accessible via text or call if anything came up (nothing did, the house is very modern and updated!) The house is extremely clean and tidy, very open and peaceful with lots of natural light. Super safe neighborhood too and easy to take walks alone! Better than anything I could have imagined, I would highly recommend!

Loved it!

My family and I rented Juhi's entire house, AMAZING! The house is so spacious and comfortable, we even had an extra bedroom that turned into a playroom :) We always felt very safe walking around, riding bikes and playing in this quiet neighborhood. And a great bonus was being so close to work at Valley Children's! One time I was running very late and left the house at 0645 and still made it to work on time, without speeding!

Excellent stay for a Medical Student on Rotation!

I'm a medical student and during my rotation, I stayed at this wonderful home. All the hospitals are very close, but I loved how safe it was and new! At first I thought I was renting a room in a home, and the owners were there too, but that's not the case. The owners operate the home as full professional rental for healthcare and other travel professionals. They have a cleaning service and repair service available as well. I stayed in the home and a bedroom and bathroom were private to me and locked. The other rooms were locked and only had an overlap with another female professional towards the end of my stay. The location is fantastic, and there is garage parking. If you or you and a friend are looking for housing for a rotation in the Fresno/Madera area, this is the place to be. The amenities are so nice and Juhi works with your small med student/resident budget! I really appreciated the hospitality and beautiful home during my time here. Highly recommend this stay!

Excellent and safe stay!

I was looking for a while for a safe place to stay, and I'm so glad I found this home! It is perfect for solo females that are on contract. The house is located in a master community which has a gym, pool and other amenities. There is a shopping area that is being expanded and is walkable. The entire development has miles and miles of walking trails. I loved how clean and neat the house was, it looked new! The owners were very accommodating and even offered a professional cleaning if needed. You get what you pay for, and I felt safe and stress free during my stay. They do have a no guest rule, because it's intended to be a professional housing space for travel professionals. I liked that it wasn't co-ed, either all female or all male, and I never had to worry about having a stranger be at home. It's so nice to have a beautiful home to stay in while working and away from family. Definitely a wonderful experience! Thank you!

Ideal Housing Near the Hospital Highly Recommend

I stayed here during my contract and loved it! The home is spacious, super clean, and new, with a beautiful backyard to enjoy the California weather. Its in a safe, resort-style neighborhood with kind neighbors, and just minutes from the hospital. Beds are very comfortable, laundry is upstairs, and theres garage parking. A growing shopping center with restaurants and shops is within walking distance. The owner, also a healthcare worker, was kind, flexible, and shared great local recommendations. I liked having the option to rent a private room and bath or the whole space, and if sharing, its only with another professional female. The no-guest policy made me feel safe, unlike other suites where you dont know who has access. If you want a quiet, clean, and comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend this home!
