Fantastic Experience

This property was so perfect for our needs. Diana accommodated our small dogs, which was a lifesaver for us. She was very responsive and communicated with us, while still allowing us to have space to ourselves. The use of the backyard was an extra bonus. Great location, very nice unit, great lamdlord!

My stay in thunderbird concord

I stayed here for a month as I am a student and was rotating through various areas, SF, Antioch, Dublin, Walnut Creek, and Oakland. I was drawn to this place because of its location as it was a central spot for all the sites I had to visit. Once I arrived I really liked the place. It is a studio so the bed is a pullout bed but its large so you will sleep comfortably. It does have its private entrance and own parking spot in the driveway which is nice although theres plenty of street parking also. The refrigerator is small and has a very small freezer component so youre very limited to what you can store. There is a hot plate available to cook and several other small appliances which are great. Such as an air fryer, toaster oven, waffle maker and so forth. Its in a very safe area and you have access to a variety of business as its all within close distance. The owner is always accessible for anything you may need and very response which is also a plus.
