As soon as Andrea opened the door to let me in for a tour of the apartment, the energy that I felt was like being at home. Andrea is really genuine. I was suppose to only be viewing the apartment, but once I explained to Andrea my horrible experience at a different property, she was so welcoming and said that I could move in right away and that's what I did. There is 100% privacy and the neighborhood is safe. The outdoor motion lights provide a well lit outdoor environment after dark. The kitchen have a cook top stove along with other appliances such as a toaster oven, air fryer, coffeemaker and microwave. Self controlled AC/Heat. Designated parking space. Washer and Dryer. The Outside patio was relaxing to sit out and decompress. Restaurants, shopping, Walmart, gas stations, library, etc. are only minutes away. The photos that are listed are exactly how the apartment looks. Modern and beautiful. I would definitely rent again. And if I could give a thousand stars I would.

Loved my stay!

Really enjoyed my stay at this rental! The location is convenient to everything you need. Walmart and chikfila are like 2 mins away. Target, TJmax, Marshalls are all very close as well. Lots of food options too. The rental is HUGE! There is lots of space. I loved having a treadmill to go for a run/walk. The neighborhood is so nice and i always felt safe. My dog loved going on walks and i also enjoyed running outside there! I work nightshift and never had issues sleeping, very quiet. There is a private enterance, your own washer/dryer, private patio and parking was nice/easy. You will literally have everything you need, plus the perks of the location itself! The owner, Andrea, was so nice and always responsive! She was very respectful of my privacy. Andrea also worked well w my contract and dates, very accommodating and understanding. She keeps her property updated and beautiful!! This is one of the best places ive stayed and i would definitely return!!

Amazing location and quiet rental

Giant basement apartment, private access, quiet upstairs owner. I rarely heard upstairs traffic, polite and respectful owner. Andrea was personable and helpful and the ideal renter. Snellville is a great area with EVERYTHING nearby, literally any store or restaurant you could want is here. Neighborhood is quiet and safe, never any trouble with parking my car in the driveway and leaving things in it. There is no oven, but that is the only thing missing. There is a two burner hot plate which is all I have needed. Beds are comfortable and I had everything I needed. Would stay again 100%.
