Spacious Master bedroom & Amazing Landlords

I had a great experience living in this building for over a year. My unit had a very spacious master bedroom, which made a huge difference in terms of comfort and overall quality of living. The layout felt open and well-maintained, and I always felt at home in the space. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the landlords—they were incredibly attentive and responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Any concerns were addressed quickly and professionally, which made living here stress-free. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable living space with a landlord who genuinely cares about their tenants.

Horrible Place

The people who run this place are so useless and do not care about you, your things, and especially not your mail. Their communication: abysmal, the cleanliness: abysmal. I ended up losing a package because of their negligence and lack of communication and it was something I needed. Both the landlord and owner failed to communicate with me in a timely manner on basically anything. The landlord especially moves on his own time with no sense of urgency. I know the prices are attractive but this place lacks beauty both inside and out. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but here.

ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL

This man was truly unprofessional I highly suggest not staying here. Us traveling healthcare providers already have a lot going on with work. This man was upset because the listing stated that I had private parking I went 17 days without receiving parking remote ( still never received parking) Private parking in the city of Chicago as an absolute must so I kept requesting he found me to be annoying and told me I had 7 days notice to move out despite paying for the month and leaving a down payment. Reported to furnished finder and local authorities.

Review

I stayed here for a month for my medical rotation, and had a good experience. The house is very spacious and conducive. It is also accessible to several bus stops, and has one just right at the door. The owners are very welcoming. They made sure to provide everything, and they were easy to contact whenever I needed anything. Overall, Id say it exceeded my expectations, and Ill recommend it to anyone coming to Chicago.
