Wonderful Flat in 16th Street Heights/Petworth

Amazing!!

Wow! Where to begin, this two bedroom 2 bath is Phenomenal and truly set up to feel like home. Patti has thought about everything, making my stay here very pleasant. Location is great with a very quiet neighborhood and plenty of street parking. On the days that I didn't want to drive, it was very easy to get a uber/lyft into town or restaurants. I'm a healthcare worker from the west coast and worked night shifts and never had a problem getting sleep. I also enjoy cooking and the size of the kitchen was perfect! Patti was very easy to communicate with, responded quickly to any concerns which in my case were just questions about restaurants and coffee shops. Thank you again Patti. if I'm ever back to this side of the country I'm definitely contacting her again.

Home away from home

Patti and Her Husband definitely have a Gem in DC. Not only is the unit set up with everything you need, its close to many shops,cafes and restaurants, neighborhood is quite with plenty of street parking. If youre here for work or pleasure, you cant go wrong with staying here. Im a travel healthcare professional and this is has been by far my favorite place Ive stayed at, an added bonus from Patti were the suggestions of local shops and events going on throughout the weekends, it was definitely appreciated.

If you're looking for a safe great spot while in DC, this is it. I am a travel nurse who came to the city and had the pleasure of staying here. The landlords Patti and Alex are the best landlords I have had in my entire travel nurse experience. They are so kind, and accommodating and fun. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had the inside scoop on DC as well! Every time I had a problem or a question, it was taken care of within the day. Couldn't have asked for better people to meet in the area. The space is awesome, very well done. Brand new, quaint, and clean. Has everything you could possibly need, even heated floors in the bathrooms for the winter months! One bedroom is a multi-faceted room - has a bed that folds up so the space can be versatile. Two bathrooms and a quaint patio. Would recommend this to anyone. Very homey, and you get a good bit of light from outside as well which lots of basement apartments do not have. The area as well is adorable, very safe. As a single female who travels alone, I never felt threatened. You can walk to the Rock Creek Park for a nice hike, or restaurants/shops. But the bus is also right there and most everything is just within a few stops. As someone who has had lots of different experiences with landlords, I would recommend this space to anyone. The landlords, and the apartment cannot be beat.
