The property is quiet, cozy, and exactly as describedan ideal place to stay. The owner is incredibly kind, respectful, and thoughtful. She gives you plenty of privacy and communicates occasionally via text just to make sure you have everything you need. The owner often travels, so you'll frequently have the place to yourself. A professional cleaning service comes by weekly, which keeps everything spotless. Parking is hassle-free, and the neighborhood is generally peaceful. The property is secured with a keypad entry and a security system, offering peace of mind. I truly enjoyed my time here and hope youll appreciate it as much as I did.

Clean, quiet, and comfy place! Perfect for night shifters!

The property is very nice, quiet, and comfy. The owner is very nice, accommodating, and considerate. She does not bother you or come into your space. She will check in to see if you have all you need occasionally via text. I work nights and this was the perfect living situation. The owner travels so majority of the time you are alone. The owner has a small dog that is here sometimes. (Does not bother and is very clean) A cleaning lady comes weekly which is nice. The place is very clean. The space is accurately advertised. No issues with parking. The neighborhood for the most part is fairly quiet. It is very close to Children's Hospital. There's a code to get into the property and a security system.
