Excellent Place

Stayed for about a month. Were it not for an unexpected personal emergency I would have stayed much longer because its such a lovely place, both the rental and Asheville itself. Tamara was easy to work with and has become a lovely friend. Would recommend to anyone!

Peaceful spot for a home away from home.

I was so fortunate to find this location for my visit June1 - September 1, 2025. This was my home base to search out the area of Asheville I want to live when I sell my home in FL. My dog loved the fenced back yard as well as hanging out with Tara, the owners dog. I loved the screened in deck overlooking the back yard and the general location was convenient to everything. Loved quiet walks in the neighborhood filled with trees and I felt very safe. Became good friends with the landlord, Tamara, and I look forward to seeing her again once I move to Asheville. I highly recommend this location!

Spend a month here with me and my wife. We both enjoy the place The landlord is very caring , hospitality was great. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and especially the back patio porch. Spend a lot of time there. The bed and bathtub was also something we enjoyed a lot ! Didnt have any bad to say about the place or the landlord. Everything was very excellent!

A home away from home

Loved staying at Tamaras. I was there for 4 months. The place has a great bedroom with a comfortable bed. It has a really big bath tub to soak and relax, good water pressure for the shower, and a washer and dryer inside the bathroom. Although the kitchenette is a bit small, it has the basic functionality to prepare meals. The living room has a small sofa and tv. The best part of the place is the huge patio to the garden. I spent much of my time using the big table there, either to eat or while I worked. The neighborhood is beautiful and super walker friendly. Beverly Hills is close to everything the area has to offer. Tamara was a friendly and serviceable host. She was helpful and generous. I felt safe and at home while I stayed there.

Very Hospitable Host - Highly Recommend

T is a great host! She was very responsive and helpful with booking her apartment. She went out of her way to accomodate and even add things to the apartment that I needed. Her place is in a fantastic area that is safe and quiet - it's perfect! Would recommend her place to anyone.
