Perfect Neighbors and Neighborhood!

Love this home! It was perfect for our little family (two adults) (two dogs one large and small) Love the open kitchen to living space with the master bedroom being on the same floor with a nice patio! Downstairs is quiet and stays cold throughout the day with a separate tv and living space great for his and hers nights if I want to watch my show solo and him his! The backyard is mainly dirt but I placed a mud Matt to keep dirt from coming in the home from the dogs frequenting the backyard early morning and late evenings. You're very close to your neighbors and see them daily, but they are genuinely great company! Plenty of garage space to put our toys and trucks. Walking distant restaurants, parks, foothills etc... very dog friendly neighborhood. I'll miss this area!
