My guest house is located less than a mile from Long Beach Memorial Hospital and minutes from the beach and downtown attractions. The private back house studio provides all the amenities, private entry, Gazebo, patio furniture , fire pit and wash and dryer. The studio is a 450 sq foot plan with a full kitchen and bathroom.
Space
The guest house is a private studio separated from my home by a large back yard and gated fence. You will enjoy your own Gazebo and patio area. The studio is new with upgraded appliances and new sleeping sofa for guest along with recliner and 55 inch Smart TV. The washer and dryer are in the unit for convenience.

Private Oasis
I truly enjoyed my stay in this rental. It is a beautifully laid out studio that has everything a travel healthcare professional would need. The landlord Lisa made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. She is very responsive, kind, and respectful of your privacy. As a solo travel for work, she made sure I felt safe during my stay. Would definitely stay here again when I return to Long Beach.
