I stayed at this property for almost 5 months while interning and completing my master's degree online, and my experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Lisa, the landlord, is incredibly accommodating and responsive. She gets back to you quickly whenever something comes up, which made the whole stay easy and stress-free. The unit itself is very private, and the property is wonderfully quiet. I was always able to focus on my schoolwork without any distractions, which was incredibly important when I needed to study and take exams. If you're on the move and looking for a short-term place to stay where you have your own quiet and privacy, I'd highly recommend it. Lisa is a fantastic host, and if this property is an option for you, it's absolutely worth considering.

I truly enjoyed my stay in this rental. It is a beautifully laid out studio that has everything a travel healthcare professional would need. The landlord Lisa made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. She is very responsive, kind, and respectful of your privacy. As a solo travel for work, she made sure I felt safe during my stay. Would definitely stay here again when I return to Long Beach.
