Cozy Stay in Great Location

My partner and I rented John's place for 3 months during a work contract. John is a thorough communicator. He met us on site upon our arrival and allows electronic payment. He responded promptly to our texts throughout our stay. The apartment is attractive and updated, albeit quite small. It may be best for an individual but was doable for us in the short term. There is one provided parking space, and guest spots that would make a second vehicle manageable. The bed, although small for two, made up for size with comfort. The kitchen, though tight in space is well equipped. The neighbors were generally quiet, although there is a yappy dog that could be problematic for night shifters. The wifi tended to be unreliable. We often defaulted on using our phone data and would not recommend this location if you need wifi to conduct your work. We loved the location, with nearby Newcastle Commons restaurants and nature areas that provide miles of trails. Thanks again, John, for the stay.

Perfect stay!

This condo is a hidden gem! Located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood,close to walking trails, public schools and many business's. The condo is quiet and very well maintained, close to major highways for easy access on and off. I would recommend anyone to stay here. The owners are what make this place the best!! They are fast to respond if there is a question or concern. They are polite, thoughtful and easy to work with! I would stay again!!
