So cozy and comfy!

I was so happy to find this rental! Bill is a very warm and welcoming landlord and is extremely quick to respond to any issues. The price is very reasonable and it has all the amenities. The location is super convenient to OSF where I had my contract. Highly recommend his rentals!

Nice place

Stayed here for almost 2months. It was nice and quiet place to stay, newly built and well furnished. The landlord was always helpful and prompt to attend to any questions you may have. I will stay there again if I happen to be in Peoria again.

Nice single place to stay

I was a Caterpillar Intern this summer living in Peoria and this property was everything I could ask for. The Landlord is very nice, also very responsive if you need something fixed in your unit. Very comfortable bed, and very spacious apartment for one person. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I recently stayed at this location located just 8 minutes away from St. Francis, and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect. The apartment itself was cozy yet spacious, providing all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for me to prepare meals. The living area was well furnished, creating a relaxing environment. One of the highlights of this stay, despite being close to the city center, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet, allowing me to enjoy peaceful mornings and evenings. The proximity to St. Francis was also a major plus, as it made commuting and exploring the area incredibly convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking
