This newly renovated basement is a fully furnished apartment for you to enjoy your stay while in the area! It is approximately 700 sq feet that includes a full kitchen, eat in kitchen area, living space, one bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom. The bathroom is a shower only but includes a washer and gas dryer.
This is downstairs to our residence but is completely separated by a set of stairs and a locked door...

Neighborhood overview
It is a quiet neighboorhood & great for walking! It's very central to shopping, restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. Parks are also very close for those that enjoy outdoor activities! Two main highways intersect within 5 minutes of the rental and the Tricities airport is just a 10 minute drive!

Wonderful apartment
A great little place to stay while in Kingsport. Landlords are wonderful and if you ever have any issues, they respond very quickly. I would stay again, and I would still be there if I didn't leave the state. apartment is very nice and very well furnished. Thanks LeAnn and Doug for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful place in Colonial Heights
If you need to place to stay close to Kingsport, TN I highly recommend this place. The place is located in a wonderful and safe neighborhood. I had no issues during my stay. The LeAnn's are wonderful hosts that will make you have everything during your stay. :)

Review of my stay
Wonderful updated property & Quiet neighborhood. The owners are very friendly & responsive! Little to NO issues here, & any problems that I did have were resolved quickly! Absolutely loved my stay & 10/10 would recommend.
