Great stay

I stayed here for a pretty good stretch of time, I had a 6 month contract and Lori was always helpful in any way she could. Parking is right next to the building so you don't have to deal with street parking, and even better when the snow piles up in winter. Its right off lark street, so theres always food or things to do, and I worked nightshift and never had any issues with noise. She even provided a sound machine and blackout curtains. I loved the proximity to work, 6 minutes to amc and just a walk to the park. I would recommend this to anyone and would stay again myself if I work here again.

Excellent stay!

What a find! This apartment is perfect for anyone needing to be close to Albany Medical Center. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and the in-unit washer and dryer and included parking space are incredible. Lori was quick to respond to my inquiry, answered all my questions and her responsiveness continued throughout my stay. Don't hesitate-you will not be disappointed!

Great City Apartment!

This is a fantastic apartment to stay at, especially if needing a place near the capitol or Albany Medical Center. This area is very walkable to Washington Park, local YMCA gym, and neighborhood shops. The free parking space was a lifesaver. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. We also loved the private washer and dryer. Lori was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay here and have recommended this place to those we know.

Stayed here the better part of a year and loved my experience.

A perfect space if you're working at AMC. A simple 10-15 walk through the park and you're there. The place is clean, modernized, and comfortable. Can't say enough good things about this place. A massive plus is Lori is upstairs and the sweetest landlord you'll ever meet, always checking in and available. Your OWN PARKING SPACE OFF STREET. If you've never worked in Albany before or lived in Center Square you'll quickly understand what an asset that is. The neighborhood is cute and reminds one of a quieter Brooklyn with the nice brownstones. Even the neighbors are all smart, nice, polite, educated people. You're right by where all the restaurants and nightlife Albany offers but within 2 minutes you can drive out to the highway and go anywhere you want in the area.
