HONEST REVIEW

I stayed here from June 1–August 31, 2025. The unit itself is beautiful and I felt very safe during my stay. Unfortunately, communication was consistently difficult from start to finish. I had to repeatedly follow up about move-in details, WiFi, parking, trash access, and did not receive the mailbox key until nearly the end of my lease. A $250 cleaning fee was deducted from my deposit despite leaving the unit spotless and with no lease mention of such a fee nor did we have any talks about that so it was a surprise to me when I noticed it. It took 45 days to receive part of my deposit, and not until January 2026, after multiple calls and messages, did I receive the remaining $250. While the apartment is lovely, future renters should be prepared for communication delays and clarify all fees and expectations upfront. Parking is on the street, keep that in mind as my car got hit while parked and the apartment also has no cameras facing the street.
