Absolutely Perfect !

The location and neighborhood is perfect for the traveling nurse or visitor to Prescott area. The owner is so kind and accommodating. The neighbors are friendly and look out for one another. A wonderful, quiet community. In the summer there is a clubhouse with gym and pool. The hospitals either in Prescott Valley or Prescott are an easy commute. Very clean and so peaceful. Wish I would have found Christina sooner.

Christina is an exceptional landlord, known for her responsiveness and genuine nature. She even went above and beyond by decorating her home with Christmas decorations just for our winter stay. Her house is conveniently located just a short four-minute walk from the community gym, pool, hot tub, pool table, and pickleball courts. She provides ample dishware for cooking and sufficient toiletries for at least a month. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the backyard offers a great space for relaxation. The neighborhood is quiet, and Christinas personal hot tub is a fantastic amenity. Additionally, she allows for post office mail to be sent to her house, which is convenient for managing professional licenses and documents. The location is also perfect, with East Campus just five minutes away and West Campus twenty minutes. I have nothing negative to say about this property or Christina. My girlfriend and I will definitely be staying here again when we return for another contract!

Truly the best!

C is the most accommodating, considerate, and easy to get along roommate/host to have. Her home has everything one needs to feel at home from private bathroom to full kitchen to great sized room/closet and the hot tub is a plus. Her home is great for YRMC East employees and has all essential stores and shopping plazas nearby. Not too far from downtown/YRMC West where most of the town's history, eateries, and pubs are, and closer to all the nature lovers spots like Sedona, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon! Wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else! Thanks C!
