Andersonville - Charming Home in a Fantastic Neighborhood

Clean, Comfortable & Charming

We thoroughly enjoyed our fall 2025 stay in this lovely home. The layout was great for my husband and me - one of us could work remotely in the office while the other took calls from the sun porch in the back of the house or watched tv in the front room. It is well furnished: the beds were incredibly comfortable, there were throw blankets and other thoughtful touches, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a feast. Having two bathrooms (one on each level) worked well when our college-age kids joined us for Thanksgiving week. And because it is an older home, we could hear the stairs creaking when they came home in the wee hours (something that worked well for us). The garage parking was a nice bonus, especially on snowy evenings. Most of all, we enjoyed being in a quiet, comfortable home just steps away from all of the great restaurants and shops along Clark Street. Would gladly return and highly recommend.

Amazing Rental and Host

My husband and I stayed at Christie's home and were blown away. The house was immaculately clean, incredibly well-outfitted for long-term renters, and the location can not be beat. The beds/bedrooms were comfortable and well stocked with everything you might need for a great sleep (ceiling fans, lots of pillows, great bedding, ample closet space). As a host, Christie was very responsive, helpful, and eager to make our stay as smooth as possible. The street/surrounding neighborhood are charming and fun- Andersonville has a surplus of great restaurants, good shopping, and neighborhood events that make you feel like part of a tight-knit community. The off-street parking was secure and easy to access. We were walking distance to multiple different grocery stores (Marianos, Jewel, specialty markets) and only a block away from the seasonal Andersonville farmer's market ( a real treat!). We could not recommend Christie's home more! Book and enjoy!
