Private Room with a bathroom shared rarely Quick walk to Beach

It's a private bedroom with a restroom shared with the owner only when the owner is downstairs. I won't be showering in the bathroom. Just use it when downstairs, and it's not that often. There is a back sitting area to relax and work if you want to work outside.
