I lived here for almost a year and loved it! Vince is a great landlord. The property is peaceful & quiet. The AC unit was so nice to have in the summer.

Clean, quiet and beautifully serene
My husband and I sold our house and needed a temporary furnished place to stay. Vince's place was a perfect fit for us. It was peaceful, quiet, and clean. Vince was always respectful and considerate. We would certainly stay there again if needed, and highly recommend it to others in need of a clean, quiet temporary furnished apartment.

Very comfortable unit, quiet neighborhood. Great host.
Vince set high standards for his rental unit. The unit is very comfortably furnished and a true representation of pictures posted. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and clean bathroom. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. We really appreciated the beautiful garden and sweet goats that are let out to pasture in their allocated space. Vince is the perfect host. Thank you for a great stay!
