I have traveled frequently to DC for the last two years for work and personal reasons. I found out about this rental by recommendation of one of my friends. The large bedroom room, with high ceilings is located in a spacious basement of the townhouse and has a nice tub/shower combo bathroom close by. The homeowner does have a dog, but she is the sweetest and treats everyone like family. I love the convenience of this property because I can get almost anwhere in DC in less than 25mins. Another perk of this property (walkable) is its close proximity to Costco, Starbucks, and other restaurants. Great property!!!
