Garden Terrace
I stayed here during my 3-month clinical in Charlotte and had a great experience! This unit is located in a very safe neighborhood and Richard and Marlene were quick to respond if I ever needed anything! I recommend this place for anyone needing a short-term lease in the CLT area.

I ended up renting from Marley & Rich for 5 months during a travel RN assignment and staying at their apartment was a great experience. It was a totally separate apartment in a great neighborhood with grocery stores & pharmacies not even a mile away. I appreciated their hospitality and the total privacy I received. Would absolutely rent from them again.
