It has been so nice to stay here, especially after working night shifts. The house is cozy and clean and the space is private allowing for rest. The landlord is very kind and I would stay again in the future.

My husband and I have lived in Cincinnati for the past 25 years. We live about 40 minutes away from this property. We purchased this home a few years back when our daughter was in college. She had a few roommates and we just kept renting rooms to students after she finished college at UC. We find that we are able to keep a quiet, professional atmosphere by renting to graduate students, residents and travel nurses for three months - occasionally longer.
