Great place & host and no scorpions

I stayed here for a little over two months and had a good experience. The whole property is super cute and in the lovely Coronado neighborhood. Michael was always very nice and responsive whenever I had a question or needed to use the laundry room. I also appreciated being able to park in the carport when the hosts were away, and I can now only use motion-sensor trash cans. The location was great, especially for the price, and it was a comfortable place to call home for a couple of months. And, very importantly for me, there were NO SCORPIONS!!! =-)

Wonderful Host and Great Central Studio

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the studio is! The photos posted are very accurate and truly representative of the space available :) As a medical student, being in a central and convenient location was important to me, and this place met that need perfectly. Michael is a very kind and incredibly friendly landlord, which made the entire renting process smooth. Communication was straightforward, and sending the deposit through Zelle was simple and convenient. The neighborhood can be a bit busy, but I always felt secure since the casita is located toward the back of the property. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely rent here again if I return to Arizona.
