Great Studio!!

I stayed in this furnished finder studio for my assignment at UNM for several month and had a really positive experience. This place is comfortable and felt right at home for me with UNM being 15 min drive and great food around to pick from at convenience. Flor and her husband are the landlord that were VERY helpful with anything I needed during my stay. Besides them being very welcoming to everyone and going above an beyond as far as them being very caring and compassionate to us as far as giving us food when they would have family gatherings. I cant express how helpful they have been to me and grateful for them and the experience during my stay with them. Overall if your looking for a place look no further a solid 5 star. Would definitively rent again.

Great stay!

This is such a beautiful apt! The landlords are wonderful and caring! They always checked on me and invited me to all their gatherings during the holidays. I felt so safe there, which is important for a woman traveling alone. 10/10 would recommend! Thankful I was blessed to meet this family.

Amazing studio

Been staying at this studio for over 7 months and everything was clean , cozy , and very comfortable I felt like home . Flor and her husband treated me like family always worried about me and making sure everything was okay and working properly, always brought me food and invited me to their cookouts . 10/10 strongly recommend to check the studio out if you in the area.

Cozy Studio

I stayed in this studio rental in the Albuquerque area for about 2 months while working in town, and I truly couldnt have asked for a better experience. After moving around a few times trying to find the right fit, I was so grateful to finally find this placeI just wish I had discovered it sooner. The studio itself was perfect: clean, comfortable, and incredibly well maintained. The entire property and surrounding area were always in great condition, clearly cared for with pride. What really set this place apart, though, was the landlord and their family. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even inviting me over for dinner and family get-togethers on multiple occasions. That kind of kindness and hospitality is rare, and it meant a lot to me during my time away from home. If youre looking for a peaceful, well-kept place to stay in Albuquerque with genuinely great people as landlords, I cant recommend this spot highly enough.

Relatively New, Cozy, Beautiful, Very Safe - Great Landlords

I was extremely lucky to have found this gem of a place to reside within during my stay in the SW Albuquerque area, known as the South Valley. Owners, Flor & Eleo Valezquez were extremely hospitable and helpful in every way. I highly recommend for the compound's security and peaceful quiet. We will remain friends for life.

I lived in studio A for two months and it was really wonderful, choosing this place was a great decision. The studio was cozy and comfortable, perfect for both working and relaxing. Flor Velazquez, my fellow tenant, made a huge difference in making my stay so enjoyable. Flor was incredibly kind and always ready to help out with anything I needed. Whether it was lending a hand with chores or just chatting over a cup of coffee, Flor's caring nature and friendliness made the studio feel like home. Her positive attitude and generosity made a real difference to my time there, turning it into a period filled with happiness and appreciation. I'm so grateful for Flor's presence and the way she and her family made my stay in the studio such a memorable and pleasant experience.
