Charming Condo Across the Street from CMC

Wonderful condo!

I had a wonderful experience renting this condo. The location is fantastic, with so many restaurants, shops, and other things within walking distance, and the condo is very well furnished with everything you need to feel at home. The landlord was exceptional-kind, responsive, and incredibly quick to take care of anything that came up. He genuinely cared that I was comfortable and had a great experience during my stay. I would absolutely recommend both the condo and the landlord to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Charming Condo Across the Street from CMC

Charming is the perfect description of this nostalgic condo that I found to be very comfortable and a perfect retreat after working my long shifts as a travel nurse. In addition to being across the street from Atrium Health Main Campus and Levine Cancer Center, it is just a short 5 minute drive from both Novant Presbyterian Hospital and Atrium Health-Mercy (which is where I was assigned). If I am ever assigned another contract in this area, this will be my go-to and the first place I will try to lease. One of the main requirements on my checklist when searching for a property is that there are a lot of green spaces and walkability. Freedom Park is a short 1.1 mile from the condo and the Little Sugar Creek Greenway is within easy walking distance. It is also very close to uptown Charlotte with plenty of shopping, dining, cultural events, and night life! From my beginning inquiry to the completion of my stay, the owner has been very accommodating and quick to respond. AWESOME!
