Best Home Away from Home
I had the opportunity to stay at this home during my work at a local hospital. I was not sure what the dynamics in the house would be with numerous people living there but it turned out to be amazing. Great people from different backgrounds. The landlord was very kind and would help with anything you need. I would definitely stay here again.

Engineering Internship Stay
Stephen and the whole community at 201 Warham Street were awesome to live with. I lived there for 4 months and it was my first time away from home and I absolutely loved it. Small talks, community dinners, and grind sessions together were awesome. If you wanted to be left alone you could, but if you wanted to socialize it was very easy.

Great Property, Great Landlord
Really enjoyed staying here! Great roommates, friendly and unintrusive. Room was clean and spacious, parking was always available, and laundry/kitchen space was very good. Stephen was very friendly and responsive to any issues you may have. Highly recommend

Travel RN stay
Enjoyed staying for duration of assignment at Upstate, boys are great to live with, safe place, lots of storage, landlord is excellent and attentive, place is clean, very near to Destiny USA and UPstate hospitals.
