Los Feliz Property
This was my first stay here in Los Angeles and not knowing the areas of the city very well, I was scared at first. When preparing to move to this property, I was extensively in contact with Michael. He was extremely responsive, mind, and helpful in answering questions about the property or guiding me through the rental process. As for the property itself: it is tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood and a walk away from some beautiful places like the griffith observatory and barnsdall park. The owners of the main house are incredibly kind and accommodating people, it was such a pleasure sharing some space with them. I truly could have not asked for a better living accommodation for my first travel assignment, from the location to the safety to the people (both Michael and main house owners)!

Highly Recommend!
My experience during my stay here was incredibly positive-- this beautiful property is in a safe neighborhood, the property manager was always helpful, easy to reach, and communicated effectively. It is also close to great shops and restaurants, and is walking distance from Griffith Park. I highly recommend this location for future tenants!

Just amazing
The owner and property manager are lovely people that have your best interest at heart. This is a very beautiful and homely place to stay in. Everything you need is either there or really close. Not only the apartment is a very nice open space but also the area in general is one of the best to live in in LA. The Griffith park is right there and neighbourhood has positiv vibe as well as a really nice restaurant/ commerce street near by. To anyone looking for an amazing place to stay in LA, this really is the one.

I stayed at this unit for 6 weeks and really enjoyed my stay there. The unit's location was phenomenal - it was under a 10-minute walk to the entrance of Griffith Park and a 15-minute walk to a variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars on Hillhurst and Vermont Avenues. M was always available to answer any questions and was a friendly resource. Overall, a fantastic unit in a safe neighborhood!
