Clean, comfortable and friendly

My stay here was awesome! From the beginning Jane was very responsive to my inquiry and very detailed. The house is at the end of a culdesac in a safe neighborhood and the house and yard are very well maintained. The inside is homey and comfortable. Everything is extremely clean and it stayed that clean the entire time. The room was also meticulously clean and comfortable. She supplied everything that I would need to make my stay easy. The mini fridge in the room was a very nice bonus! Jane was a great hostess, very respectful of my privacy, and also very nice and funny to talk to. She even took it upon herself to research and fix my Keurig when it started acting funny. Max was just the cutest and was always excited to greet me in the morning. I would definitely recommend this room to anyone coming the the Augusta area!

FANTASTIC find in Augusta

I cannot recommend this location enough! The space was quiet, clean, and private. Everything is exactly as pictured, is newly renovated, and well maintained. Jane clearly takes pride in her home. I had space in a cabinet and fridge/freezer for my things as well as every tool you could need to cook with—Jane even brought out a full-sized coffee maker for my caffeine habit. There was cleaning supplies and paper towels in the room, as well as a stick vacuum in the laundry room available. Plenty of towels, linens, toiletries, and even a pair of scissors all in the room—SO convenient. Jane allowed me to store my bike in her shed to shield it from weather (the Greenway Trail is fantastic btw). I was also impressed with her level of preparedness around the winter storm; she was ready with extra water and had her camper van charged in case we lost power/heat. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Thanks for everything, Jane! I’ll miss you, Max!

Great stay for traveling professionals who are also dog-lovers

Jane is a fantastic host, who respected my privacy and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. This accommodation is close to the Augusta Mall, and various restaurants. My favorite restaurant was Becks. The neighborhood felt very safe. The abundant security lighting when coming home late (after 11pm) was a bonus. Her dog Max is well trained, sweet and intelligent. I slept late and undisturbed. Lastly, this is my first experience since starting travel work, that I did not have to clean at move in. EXCEPTIONALLY clean space, with new pillows, new shower curtain liner and lots of linens. Shared spaces are welcoming, with all the convinces you would need for meal prep. I truly enjoyed my experience here with Jane and Max, who I now consider friends. I highly recommend this thoughtfully curated accommodation, and would not hesitate to stay here again .

Ms. Jane was the absolute best landlord! She was attentive and caring. The room was super spacious and clean. The closet was huge! The space was very private. The bathroom is in the bedroom. The amenities in the room such as mini fridge/freezer combo were a huge plus for me. I definitely give this room 10/10! If I am ever back in Augusta, this would be my first choice.
