Perfect 2-month Stay

Matthew was an amazing landlordfriendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. From day one, he explained how everything worked (trash, parking, laundry), offered local TX recommendations, and stayed in touch throughout my 2-month internship. When my toaster didnt work, he offered to replace it immediately. The space is a renovated, spacious 1 bed/1 bath with a shared laundry room. Its clean, cozy, and well-stocked with extras like an iron, fan, and heater. I cooked most meals and only had to buy a few personal items. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a detachable shower head and floor mats, and the closet fit all my clothes and shoes. I always felt safe, even when traveling alone, and the neighborhood is quiet, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and a scenic lake I walked around daily. Matthew was also very accommodating when my family visited. Overall, this was the perfect spacesafe, clean, and comfortable. 11/10, would absolutely stay again.

A Great Home Away From Home!

I have had such a positive experience staying in this rental and would absolutely recommend it to any traveling heath professional or graduate student seeking temporary living arrangements. The residence is located in a great community, Matthew and his family are incredibly kind, and the unit itself is quite lovely. All appliances and fixtures are modern and in excellent shape, the bathroom and kitchen appear to be recently renovated, and it's nicely spacious with plenty of room to place your belongings. It is clear that a lot of care has gone into keeping this space so clean and well-maintained-- it is truly a stellar find. I am super appreciative to have felt so welcomed and comfortable during this stay!

Very Cozy living!

This is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and you will immediately feel safe and sound staying here. The included kitchen area has been a tremendous help with my current stay and the bathroom is quite spacious and lovely! If you choose to stay here you will not regret it, it has been an amazing home away from home and the owner and his family are an absolute pleasure to know and speak with! 10 out of 10, would stay again if I were to extend my contract. PS, lots of amazing restaurants very close to this location!
