Comfortable and Safe

Incredible apartment space with everything you need to feel at home. I liked the dedicated parking behind the house. It was great to have laundry on-site. The furniture is all clean and comfortable. The internet is fast and stable. The apartment is in a very walkable neighborhood, with shops and restaurants just blocks away. The staff was super helpful with any questions. I would gladly rent from Sheila and Greg again!

Excellent Stay! Love Cooper Young area

Great place to stay! The apartment itself is very quiet and comfortable with everything you need and it is so cute. Loved the security system and the parking area in the back of the house with lights and security. I always felt safe and never had any issues...and I kept unusual hours as a night shift nurse. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

I would absolutely rent from Sheila againshe was a fantastic host. I loved the Cooper Young neighborhood too; it felt safe and welcoming, which was especially important to me since I wasnt familiar with the Memphis area. Having my own security system, outdoor lighting, and safe off-street parking gave me peace of mind. The homes interior was beautiful and I especially enjoyed mornings on the back porch with a cup of coffee. It was a peaceful area with great neighborsoverall a wonderful stay.
