Amazing House, Amazing People, Amazing Location
This house was truly the perfect place to stay in Denver. The location genuinely cannot be beat. You’re directly next to the Botanical Gardens, steps from Cheesman Park, and only a block from the 10 line into downtown. It’s the perfect balance of having so much green space while still being close to all the best restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and things to do. The house itself is gorgeous, huge, and always clean. The kitchen is amazing, the room was beautifully furnished with great natural light and views of the gardens, and Clare has done such an incredible job creating the perfect vibe in the house. She was always communicative and helpful, and all of the housemates were wonderful. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. I stayed for about four months and loved my time here. If you’re debating booking it, just do it. You will not regret it.
Beautiful place with 3 amazing cats!!
This summer, I absolutely loved living in this huge house. It had two enormous living rooms, one on the first floor and another on the second, which was perfect for lounging or hosting. The kitchen was spacious, and the yard was just the right size. While the room I stayed in was slightly small, it had a cozy feel that made it comfortable. The location was fantasticright next to the botanical gardens and Cheesman Park, providing easy access to nature. The house was peaceful, with lots of trees around, and the bus stop was only two blocks away, making it super convenient. The people in the house were pretty chill, and it had three adorable cats and a big, friendly dog that added to the homey vibe. Clare is quite responsive with any queries one might be have and an amazing host! Although it didn't have air conditioning, the cooler worked well enough during the nights, so it wasnt much of an issue. All in all, I'd give it a solid 9/10 and would highly recommend living here.
