3 Month Stay

I stayed here for about 3 months for an assignment and K was very kind and supportive helping me with the move and any questions I had. The neighborhood was close to everything I needed and I rarely drove anywhere Id just scooter or walk. There was also a park nearby which was very helpful to walk through when the sun was out. The place was cozy and was easy to keep clean with cleaners that would come once a month while I was working.

Cozy and Secure

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this cozy and secure studio apartment. K and her husband are wonderful hosts. They are attentive and quick to respond to any needs. I valued my privacy during my stay and never had any issues with the tenants above me either. The noise from visitors and those walking around upstairs was always minimal and never anything that carried on past 9-10pm. The apt is well stocked with all the basic necessities and then some! I would highly recommend staying with K to any traveling professional. This apt is only 2 miles from major hospitals.

Comfortable property in a great location

This was a clean and comfortable property that had everything I needed for my stay in Seattle. Its in a great location with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. K is kind and accommodating host. I would absolutely recommend this property for you time in Seattle.

Cute little apartment

Stayed here for a week and had a lovely time. It was in a convenient little neighborhood close to Publix transportation that made it easy to travel around the city during the day and come back to a quiet little area at night. The small kitchenette was filled with appliance that allowed me to cook some of my meals instead of constantly eating out. Really annoyed my stay and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place near the city.
