I was fortunate to have the opportunity and pleasure to stay in this beautiful loft on 3 different occasions (4 months in 2019, 9 months in 2020, 6 months in 2022). Everything was clean and in perfect functioning order, the building itself is well maintained and very quiet which was key considering my heavy work schedule and need for peaceful sleep and rest. The apartment's design is definitely industrial and funky but in very good taste and with an acute sense of perfect functionality. The location is unbeatable being in the absolute heart of the Old City in downtown Knoxville. Everything needed is within walking distance or short drive. The owners were always very responsive and helpful whenever needed.
