Whitehall Manor Suite

This is a cozy little suite with everything a traveler needs to feel comfortable. It was clean, Mrs. Doreen was gracious, and it is a quiet street in the South Buffalo area near anything you could need. 6 out of 5 stars would recommend.

During my stay in Buffalo I rented the unit with the 1 bedroom single twin bed . The bed was very comfortable. Drawers and a small closet for clothes and storage available. Spacious kitchen and living area that was recently remodeled . The Landlord is very pleasant made sure my needs and concerns were addressed in a timely manner, and periodically asked me if everything was okay. Over all I enjoyed my stay in the 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. Easy access to public transportation . Parking available if needed.

Extremely nice and accommodating

Doreen is a very kind and accommodating landlord. Whenever I would see her on the porch she would check in to make sure that everything was going well. Before I even moved in, I asked if I could have a desk put in since I am a student and she found one at no extra charge to me. She is also very responsive to any issues. There was a problem with the AC not being cold enough, but she had someone come in the next day and resolved it immediately. I also had expressed that the provided air fryer was small and she bought a much bigger and nicer replacement for me and any future tenants. The only downside to the studio is that there is no kitchen, but she has provided kitchenware and a nice hotplate for cooking. Once I got the bigger airfryer, I had no issues with making food. There is also no closet, but there is enough room under the bed and I was allowed to use the basement if I needed any extra storage. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and would stay here again.
