A Wonderful Spot

It's a nice apartment which is nicely furnished. Also well stocked with necessities (pots, pans, etc). Very easy access to metro, grocery store and several really good bars and restaurants. Street parking always available. Landlord was very responsive and easy to work with. Anybody looking for short term housing in Capitol Hill, it's hard to imagine a better choice.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautifully furnished apartment! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Its in a fantastic locationjust a short walk to the metro station and easy access to downtown, making commuting a breeze. The landlord was absolutely lovelyvery responsive and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. If any issues came up, the landlord was quick to stop by and resolve them. The neighbors in the building were also incredibly friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!
