I am looking for a female roommate to share my place with for a short or long term sublease. I live in a two bedroom apartment walking distance from Santa Monica Beach. You will have the master bedroom with your own private bathroom and will have full access to the place. All utilities are included! Parking is on the street and easy to find. A 90 day minimum is preferred with a 30 day in advance notice for moving out!
