Excellent stay

Very nice place to stay with fenced in yard. Josh was very easy to get ahold of whenever we needed something or had questions. Everything was stocked so we had evrything we needed. Property was perfect if you float between sanford Broadway and the main campus especially!

Great place!

I rented this place for a few months and it had everything I needed and more. Bedroom closets are deep and had plenty of space for clothes. The beds are comfortable. Tv in each room. The living room is nice and cozy and the kitchen was perfect. Everything I needed plus lots of space to cook and store food! There is a full basement and garage for storage. Best part was the fully fenced yard for my pups. The location seemed very safe to me, but they do offer a security system as well. (I personally never used it) the neighbors are nice and the street is relatively quiet! Plenty of off street parking. I would definitely recommend this rental!
