Perfect spot

Nice well furnished little cabin that has most of the amenities youre looking for in a short or long term rental. Owners are great people and easy to get along with and quick to respond to any issues. Very reasonable price, especially compared to many of the local campgrounds or Airbnb options. Highly recommend.

Excellent Stay

I'm not sure where the negative review came from, I have experienced no issues with either the property or landlord during my stay. The guest cottage is in a secluded area outside of town, the perfect size for a solo traveler, and I never felt concerned for my safety or had to worry about trespassers. Being outside the city limits, it is fairly quiet, save for the occasional engine hum from the racetrack a couple miles away or the neighbor's rooster (who will also give you free farm-fresh eggs, by the way). There is a split a/c unit in both the bedroom and living room which kept the space cool and comfortable in the summer heat, and I actually never needed to run both simultaneously because they ran so well. Erick always promptly responded to my messages and kept me informed if he was going out of town, etc, and made sure I had everything I needed at the guesthouse. I would definitely stay here again if in the Grand Junction area.
