Cozy Spacious Home

The owners of the property are very kind and attentive. Even though they live out of town, they greeted us on day 1, which was very nice to get to know them. They have a landscaper/ handyman that comes by whenever needed. They were always just a text or call away. The home itself is relaxing, peaceful and safe with a great location and access to groceries and supplies and other businesses along Cypress. We loved the tucked away location that felt safe while still being in the center of Redding with everything just a short drive away. It is a cozy home with a nice big kitchen, dining area with view to the backyard and spacious living area and bedrooms. The piano and the enormous showerhead in the hall bathroom are great perks! Also, we loved having the garage with storage space and space for both of our two vehicles. The neighborhood is safe and lots of wildlife sightings... we loved to see the deer in the neighbors' yards.

Great option for long or short stay

Very nice quiet house. Very comfortable, safe and well appointed! The owners are a joy to interact with, very responsive and genuinely cared about our comforts and needs. I will definitely return to this property when work brings me back to this area
