Hidden Gem 1-Bed Suite in Chestnut Hill

Fantastic stay in Philly!

It was an absolute pleasure to rent from Irma and Oscar. The apartment was exactly as pictured, clean, and in a great location. This made a quick 3-month internship very easy and enjoyable! I commuted to Spring House (suburb), and it was a quick 20-minute drive. There was always ample street parking near the apartment and the neighborhood was very safe. It is also quite close to Germantown Ave, which has phenomenal restaurants and shopping. This apartment was also close to train lines, which made traveling into Center City that much easier. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking near Philadelphia or the suburbs. Irma and Oscar are very easy to work with, and the apartment is fitted with everything you need for a comfortable stay!

2 month stay

I really enjoyed my stay at the little Chestnut Hill apartment. The owners were kind, responsive, and easy to work with, which made everything smooth and pleasant. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. I stayed in the winter, and with the windows closed, the busy street noise wasn’t noticeable. Street parking was always easy to find. The kitchen was well stocked and had a convection cooktop available. While there’s no dryer, the hanging ropes worked well and were simple to use. If you are sensitive to noises note, the entrance stairs can be a bit squeaky, but it wasn’t disruptive, and a white noise machine in the bedroom solved it for me. The location is great-an easy walk to the main street and a nice coffee shop nearby. It has a charming small-town feel, though many shops close around 5pm and restaurants around 9pm. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’d happily rent from them again!

Excellent Stay!

Oscar helped me set up my stay last minute and it was great. The location was excellent and safe. The suite had everything I could need and was in excellent condition. Highly recommend!
